Bis adds commercial bench strength with new Executive appointment

We are pleased to announce the key internal appointment of Elena O’Connor to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in the new role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Elena will concentrate on advancing customer-focused operational excellence across the company and maximising value creation opportunities throughout our existing portfolio.

Since joining Bis in 2018, Elena has made significant and diverse contributions to Bis, most notably in the areas of corporate strategy and complex financial projects. Elena is also a member of the company’s Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC).

Prior to joining Bis Elena worked at KPMG, Credit Suisse, GRD and Amec Foster Wheeler in various strategy and corporate finance roles.

Elena is a Chartered Accountant, GAICD and holds post graduate applied finance qualifications.
