Expanded haulage and site services at Murrin Murrin
We recently began an expanded haulage and site services contract at Murrin Murrin, Western Australia.
The new scope has seen several assets added to the operation’s fleet including T1250 140t’s to service a short haul route, an additional T1250 DPRT to service the site’s south route, rotatable fleet for scheduled servicing and additional WA900 loaders to optimise ROM productivity across the operation.
It also brings an injection of new employment opportunities at the site, with skilled personnel commencing in Operator, Auto Electrician, HD Fitter and Serviceperson roles.
Located between Leonora and Laverton in the northeastern Goldfields region, the Minara Resources operation, which is wholly owned by Glencore, is one of Australia’s largest nickel and cobalt producers.
Our Murrin Murrin team consists of over 190 skilled people who deliver drilling, blasting, crushing and rehabilitation work, load and haul services, road maintenance, train loading/unloading, and, calcrete mining, milling and process.
