Our Leaders

Graeme brings a wealth of experience to Bis gained from senior leadership and governance roles across the energy, resources, industrial services and power sectors. This has included roles as Managing Director AGL Energy, Broadspectrum and Lihir Gold. Graeme was a senior executive within BHP during a career spanning 30 years, culminating in roles which included President Iron Ore, President Aluminium and President Uranium.

Graeme currently serves as Chairman of Akora Resources and Non-Executive Director of the Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre. He was previously Chairman of AGL Australia and held a Non-Executive Director role with Broadspectrum Limited (formerly known as Transfield Services Limited) from 2012 until 2016.

With almost 20 years of experience across sectors such as mining, construction, corporate and government. Kiraley joined Bis as the Chief of Finance, Commercial and Shared Services in September 2025.
Kiraley oversees financial governance, commercial strategy, and centralised shared services to support the company's growth and efficiency. Kiraley brings a strong background in heavy industry and supply chain logistics to Bis, having previously served as the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary for the Hunter Valley Coal Chain Coordinator (HVCCC). In this executive role, she managed financial operations and risk mitigation for the globally recognised logistics organisation. Following her time at HVCCC, she served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Lake Macquarie City Council, where she successfully led strategic digital governance, commercial frameworks, and technical innovation.

Kiraley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Kristy‘s nearly 20-year career spanning across strategy, commercial and financial disciplines has been dominated by complex business environments in logistics, freight, defence and heavy industry. Kristy joined Bis in 2023. 

Prior to Bis Kristy held a variety of senior leadership roles at Pacific National, BAE Systems and UGL Rail.

A seasoned strategic, business transformation, and optimisation executive. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Kamaile is a dynamic and results driven leader who brings extensive operational, financial, strategic and commercial experience to Bis. She joins us from Coates where she is currently the General Manager of Industrial Solutions. In this role she leads National growth and provides service solutions to industrial customers supporting large maintenance and construction projects.

Previously, Kamaile has held customer service, operational and maintenance management roles within the Australian Rail Track Corporation and Pacific National, and led safety and business improvement initiatives within large, multi-stakeholder organisations.
