Our Solution
Our workshop team completely stripped down the loader to its base chassis and individual components.
After thorough crack tests and inspections to detect any fatigue, the specified parts and components were replaced
by new or rebuilt versions, including:
- Completely new drivetrain, covering engine, transmission, drivelines and axle assemblies
- Complete hydraulic lines “re-hose” back to factory specifications
- Complete drilling and 24-volt rewire, including operator consoles, again back to factory specifications
- Upgraded drilling control modules to provide improved reliability and functionality
- Extensive fabrication repairs to bring the loader back to full OEM specifications.
The result is a completely overhauled and updated unit in compliance with today’s standards. The feedback on the quality of the rebuild and also on the performance of the rebuilt drill has been very positive.
