Your Details

Things to remember

  • The recruited employee must be employed by Bis in a permanent capacity - not temp, casual or labour hire.
  • The candidate must be a genuine new referral - not someone who was already in the recruitment process or had worked with us in the last 6 months either as an
    employee or labour hire.
  • If there’s more than one referrer for the same candidate, the first person to nominate will be eligible.
  • Roles outside the specified are not eligible.
  • We’ll accept referrer details by at least of the following: referrer scans QR code (& enters details), candidate mentions the referrer’s name and/or the referrer emails

  • You must still be employed with Bis when the person passes probation.
  • If you are directly involved in the hiring decision, you are ineligible from the Program.
  • All payments are made subject to tax.
  • Once the referral has been hired and passed their probation period, the cash will go into your bank account.
