Celebrating 10 Years of Service – Paul Madill
This month we’re proud to celebrate Paul Madill’s 10-year milestone with Bis.
Paul first joined us as a Field Service Fitter, working across Oaky Creek North and other sites in Central Queensland. You’ll find him in our Paget workshop as Technical Supervisor, where his wealth of experience and steady guidance have earned him the nickname “Jedi Master.” In this role, Paul is dedicated to mentoring and developing our workforce, sharing the knowledge and skills gained from years in the field.
Reflecting on his journey, Paul says the autonomy of field work and the chance to see how equipment performs on site gave him valuable insights into how assets are used and treated, something that’s kept him engaged throughout his career.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys fishing, gardening, settling into his new home in Mackay, and spending time with his two grandkids. Looking ahead, he’s already picturing retirement with his wife who he fondly refers to as the Minister of Finance and a JD & Coke with lemon in hand.
Thank you, Paul, for your commitment, leadership and the impact you’ve made over the past decade.
