How we do business

We are a privately owned company, guided by our Board and majority equity owners, Carlyle and Varde Partners.

We understand our ability to provide innovative, productive and safe solutions for our customers is only truly valuable if it also responsibly contributes towards the longevity of our customers’ operations, our business and the sustainable future of the communities and environments in which operate.

We believe we do business thoughtfully and humbly, and we aim to partner with like-minded companies, whether that be across our customer base or along our procurement chains.

Living out our values and demonstrating fairness, openness and integrity in everything we do, is simply the way we choose to do business.
