Bis is an active member of the communities where we work.

The Bis team at Tomago in New South Wales held a barbecue breakfast on June 16, 2017, to raise funds for the Mark Hughes Foundation Beanie’s for Brain Cancer. Raising more than $600, the team were proud to come together and support a wonderful cause.

Team 'BISical' took on the Great Adventure Challenge north of Perth, WA on July 29, 2017, in support of the Starlight Foundation. The cold and wet conditions were unable to deter the team who completed the gruelling course in fifth place after 5 hours and 59 minutes.
Bis took out the top honours for the highest fundraiser at the Starlight Great Adventure Challenge, contributing in total more than $32,000. The team's extensive fundraising efforts were capped off thanks to support of some fantastic Bis suppliers, who chipped in for the marvellous cause.
Bis has been a long term supporter of the Starlight Foundation and some of the team members have already been heard planning for next year's event.

The Bis team in Whyalla, South Australia, joined forces with the Whyalla City Council to support the Unearth Whyalla Festival. Held at the Ada Ryan Gardens over two days of the Easter long weekend, the festival combined culture, colour, fun and festivities for the whole community. Bis combined with D’Faces of Youth Arts to run a stall making paper lanterns, as well as supporting Council to help the weekend run smoothly.

The Whyalla Port Users Group hosted its Charity Golf Day held at the Whyalla Golf Course.
Bis were proud to chip in and support the day.

Junior and Senior representative netballers in the Whyalla region were given a boost with a team uniform sponsorship from Bis. The new combined netball dresses will be used for carnivals held around the region over the next five or so years.
