Brad Rogers - CEO

Brad Rogers

Chief Executive Officer

Brad Rogers was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Bis Industries in December 2015.

Brad has been a key member of Bis Industries’ leadership team since 2008 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in May 2015. Prior to this appointment, Brad served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer for 5 years. He has also led the company’s corporate development and commercial functions.
Before joining Bis Industries, Brad was General Manager Corporate Development at GRD Limited, where he was responsible for group strategy, business incubation, corporate finance and investor relations. He also led GRD’s Global Renewables operating business in Australia and Asia for three years. Brad has also worked in management positions in the consulting practices of Mainsheet Corporate and Arthur Andersen.

Michael Porter - COO

Chief Operations Officer

Michael Porter was appointed Chief Operations Officer in 2014.

Known for delivering step change, operational growth, strong financial performance and continuous improvement across our operations, Mike first joined Bis Industries in 1988 as a scheduler.
Throughout his career, Mike held a number of positions across the organisation prior to taking on his current role of Chief Operations Officer for the Australian business in 2014.
Mike has been pivotal in developing and building our customer relationships and subsequently growing our Australian operations through the delivery of customer focussed solutions. Mike’s experience continues to be crucial to Bis’ success in establishing new operations across Australia, in addition to the Company’s merger, acquisition and divestment activities.

Andy Coles

President Director Indonesia

Andy Coles was appointed President Director Indonesia in January 2016.

Andy leads the strategic and operational expansion of our Indonesian operations, drawing on over 35 years’ experience in the mining and construction sectors. Having held senior leadership roles in the business development, procurement, logistics and project management fields throughout his career, Andy joined Bis in January 2016 as President Director, Indonesia.

Before joining Bis, Andy was involved in a number of globally acclaimed projects in Queensland, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Laos with companies including Queensland Water Resources Commission, Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation and most recently Thiess.

Steve Simpson - CFO

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Simpson was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2015.

Since joining Bis Industries in 2002, Steve has overseen a range of key financial roles across the company. A member of the Executive Leadership Team since 2007, Steve was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2015 having previously held the positions of Divisional Finance Manager, Group Financial Controller and a number of other senior finance positions.

Steve worked for BHP Billiton for 14 years in a variety of senior financial management positions and across multiple commodities including steel, petroleum, iron ore and coal, before joining Bis Industries.  Instrumental in establishing the stand alone business capability of Bis Industries following our exit from Brambles, Steve was also a key part of the the recent capital restructure negotiations. Steve has led key Company transactions including the divestment of the Cleanaway business and the acquisitions of the Gulf Group and Powertrans. Steve's financial management was instrumental in the establishment of our Indonesian operations.

Karen Bradshaw - Director - People and Culture

Karen Bradshaw

Director - People and Culture

Karen Bradshaw was appointed Director - People and Culture in March 2016.

Karen is an HR executive and legal practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in the resources and legal industries. Karen believes that creating a high performing and agile culture will enable our business to deliver our strategic objectives. Leading our People and Culture function, Karen is guiding Bis to create a diverse and inclusive culture that engages our employees to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Prior to joining our business in March 2016 as Director - People and Culture, Karen worked at BHP Billiton in a variety or leadership roles for 10 years, including as the Head of Human Resources at BHP Billiton Nickel West.  Before this, Karen worked as a Senior Associate in the Employee Relations team at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Leading multi-dimensional human resources functions, Karen is experienced in developing and implementing people-focussed strategies which deliver business efficiency, transform culture and employee engagement, improve leadership and operational performance, and capability.

Nino Fasolo - Director Assets, Innovation and Technology

Nino Fasolo

Director - Assets, Innovation and Technology

Nino Fasolo was appointed Director Assets, Innovation and Technology in 2014.

As Director - Assets, Innovation and Technology, Nino is guiding the development and implementation of industry leading technologies across Bis' operations, to deliver efficiencies and operational solutions for our customers.

Nino joined Brambles over 20 years ago as the Manager Information Systems and since 2014 has held his current position in which he has shaped our competitive advantage through the management of our equipment assets and development of bespoke operational solutions for customers.

Nino has held numerous management and senior leadership roles throughout his career, both in Australia and internationally. He has played a significant role in most of Bis' major transactions including the original merger with Cleanaway Australia, the 2006 sale to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co and transition from Brambles to Bis Industries.

Nino was a key part of the acquisition and integration of Powertrans and Bis' entry into Indonesia. He has also led the development of industry leading technologies such as Oscar, VOICE, Bistrack and Optalert to support operational efficiency and safety across our operations.

Tiffany Roxburgh - Director - Corporate Development and Risk

Tiffany Roxburgh

Director - Corporate Development and Sustainability

Tiffany Roxburgh was appointed Director - Corporate Development and Sustainability in May 2015.

Leading the Commercial, Business and Strategy Development, Safety and Sustainability functions of Bis, Tiffany has also overseen numerous financial and commercial management aspects of the company since joining Bis in 2008 as Group Financial Controller.

Tiffany previously worked for Deloitte as a Client Director engaged on due diligence for IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. It was in this role that she worked with KKR on their acquisition of Bis and Cleanaway from Brambles.

Since joining Bis, Tiffany has played a critical role in acquisitions and new business integration, including the establishment of our Indonesian business. Through her diverse responsibilities, Tiffany oversees a range of key functional support activities that drive the commercial, safety, reputational and operational performance of Bis.
